Tammie and Michelle are responsible for the direction, strategy, planning and execution for the company’s operations as well as business development.
Tammie completed The Strategic Partnership Development Program created by Clark Construction.
Tammie obtained accounting and business acumen from courses at Corinthians and Everest Colleges, which she complemented with multiple years of experience in the concrete, construction, trucking and demolition industry.
Tammie is a strong visionary in brand building, business sustainability and strategic revenue growth through value management. She has extensive experience in the coordination, planning, and support of daily operational and administrative functions in the concrete, construction, and trucking and demolition industries.
Tammie effectively manages employees of the company’s operating function, whether in-house or sub-contracted. She inspires our employees to execute the company vision.
Tammie utilizes a lean delivery model by collaboratively aligning our staff, innovative technology, processes and best practices to maximize customer value and appropriate investor returns.
Tammie develops Armor Materials business strategies to reduce waste and increase environmental compliance to maximize effectiveness through all phases of the Armor concrete fabrication process.
