ARMOR MATERIALS LLC, an Illinois company that began in 2014 when Michelle Parker and Tammie Rice had the vision to start their own concrete finishing company. ARMOR MATERIALS is legitimately owned and operated by two African American women. The company successfully operates in the Chicago and Suburban areas for over eight years. The team started on small and large scale replacement and repair projects for residential customers. Within five years, they have added larger commercial projects and beginning in 2023 the duo decided to focus on commercial based projects.

Michelle and Tammie bring more than 30 years of concrete experience and construction knowledge to their customer base. Both share an enthusiasm for economic development within the Midwest Region. In ARMOR MATERIALS’ ten years, the team is established as experts in the concrete finishing industry.
